Return Policy for Store Pickup

  • Eligibility: Items purchased for store pickup can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided you have the original receipt.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that frozen, dairy, and perishable food items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  • Store Credit: Any returned items will be credited to your account as store credit for future purchases.

Return Policy for Online Purchases

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Refund Process: If we do not have the item you paid for in stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Conditions for Returns: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
  • Delivery Issues: If you are unreachable at the time of delivery, we may cancel your order on your behalf. A restocking fee may apply.
